If Tableware and Interior Flavor ,

Tableware is the main attraction of the dining table. It’s much more than crockery for serving food. Beautiful tableware enhances your meals, it also sets the mood for your home dining experiences as well as expressing your personal style.

1. Get the right size of tablware .

You may love the look of those big, beautiful plates, but you won’t love them so much when you can’t close your cabinet doors! Consider your space and storage restrictions before buying anything

.2. Mixing and Matching dishes is a great option.

One of the first things to remember is to keep a consistent color Palette across your different dinnerware items. This way, you play with a range of patterns, Colors and shapes yet stay within your overall design.Stay away from more than four contrasting colors or textures to avoid arrangements that look too busy and disorganized

.3. Buy enough pieces to host a big dinner party.

There may only be one or two people in your household right now, but it’s wise to plan ahead for bigger families gatherings. If you have the space and can afford it, get at least enough settings for the biggest dinner parties you can imagine yourself hosting within the next decade

4. Table covering can be anything that inspires the color palette

For a more minimal look, use both a runner and coordinating tablecloth with just a few decorations. To keep things interesting, it is important to choose a table runner in a contrasting color or pattern than the tablecloth itself, so that it stands out. Ideally, the length of the table runner and the tablecloth should align exactly so that the overhang is equal.

.5 Consider shapes beyond the conventional circle.

Square and asymmetrical plates can create a modern look

.6. Buy one set for both everyday and formal dining.

You don’t need to buy two sets of dishes. Invest in one nice set, and then dress it up or down with linens and extra serving pieces. You’ll save space and money!
